Good questions

We had a bride come into the studio the other day asking about our wedding photography. She had several great questions and I thought yea... we need to share some of these questions. I think we will post a new answer every week. And if you have any questions we have touched on, email me at nate at spectrumphoto dot com.

Q: How does your studio manage retouching?

A: Spectrum believes the best quality equals the best price. We cut no corners when it comes to our finished products. This is why we do not sell unfinished prints. We want all of our clients to look their best.

All images that are ordered go through our retouching process. Blemishes, stray hairs, wrinkles, hot spots, etc... are zapped or toned down to make everyone the best they can be! We also go further. If something in the image is annoying or taking away from the subject, we will also remove that. Again, all finished images are retouched! And best of all, there are no hidden charges for this. Simple....print price equals finished product.

Example of our simple retouching techniques. Click to enlarge:

Left image is not retouched, color corrected, nor cropped. Right image is the the same image after it has gone through our retouching process.
