Holy Canvas Batman!

Here is a taste of awesome!

Our new canvas display prints arrived on Friday. We are now 90% done with our customer area. It looks so awesome! The prints are not only canvas, but the new hottest thing called gallery wraps. The entire photo wraps around to the back. You can even add text to the side if you want.

As you can see in the bottom photo, we will be launching a new line of children photography. More to come about that later, but the whole idea of the shoot is to have our customers have some great photos pieced together on a beautiful canvas!

How about some lace?

A long time family friends, and a personal friend of mine Christa P., came in for a Generation photo + some photos of her daughter. She worn this Communion outfit that has been in the family for 5 generations. I tell you, little kids make me break a sweat sometimes. We snapped this photo which I think is my favorite. Great idea guys!

July 19 2008 - Scottsbluff Nebraska

I had the pleasure of photographing this very smooth and relaxed couple. The day went as planned and was another perfect wedding. The couple has known each other for well over 10 years. They finally decided to tie the knot last Saturday! You might remember their engagement session at Cozads. Remember, clicking a photo will enlarge it.

Some details right...

The bride. The best man put it best, she has the greatest personality:

I love the shades:

The bride and groom:

Think this might be my favorite:

"Who gives this woman..."

After the ceremony the wedding party headed to the Gering Golf Course for some drinks!

Now onto the Hampton. Cake anyone?

The first dance:

Everyone dance their hearts out:

I think the nice army hat with lace was a huge hit:

And this is an awesome sequence. Who bets the little girl landed on her feet?

Congratulations and thank you for allowing me to share the day. The couple headed to the mountains for a honeymoon and will be back after some R & R.

Buckle in, I have some photos!

Northfield Assembly of God was swarming with excitement on July 12. I was able to spend the day with a fabulous couple. The groom shares the same enthusiasm as I do about the great outdoors. I never did share their engagement photos, but as soon as we met I knew it was going to be fun as ever! The couple chose not to see each other before the wedding. I think it was a good choice as you could literally see the excitement and butterflies before the ceremony.

Check out the flowers, rings, and the back of the flower girls dress:

The guys before the ceremony:

The beautiful bride:

Leaving after the ceremony:

The limo was a "tad" bit late to pick everyone up. So we took advantage of by snapping a few:

Finally arriving at the Scottsbluff Country Club:

The Country Club has a beautiful deck that allows guests to mingle outdoors and watch an awesome sunset:

And the decor was top notch. The bride also booked a band out of Colorado. I would recommend anyone that wants a band to contact them via their website:

Check out the traditional tiered cake. However this cake was anything but traditional as it had several hearts surrounding it:

A very touching toast by the matron of honor (which by the way, we photographed last year):
